Thean had years of experience serving as an internal consultant and manager for Multi National Companies. Although trained as an Engineer abroad, his passion in property investment drew him into the business of Real Estate.

Being a seasoned realtor with over 12 years of experience, he has diverse expertise in working with clients and organizations of various sizes from PLCs to MNCs, consistently meeting their key needs i.e. sourcing, expansion, relocation, JV, investment etc. Clients choose to work with Thean for his professional work ethics, experience and most importantly his integrity. He has served clients in both local and international market from Singapore, UK, Japan, China, Korea, Germany & Algeria just to name a few.
